7.    Describe the objective of Payment of Wages Act 1936.

8.    Give a note on lockout and strike.

9.    State the scope of Industrial Employment (Standing Order) Act 1946.

10.    Explain the various authorities along with their functions under I.D. Act.

11.    Explain the different kinds of benefits available under the ESI Act 1948.

12.    Explain how for ILO conventions and recommendations influence the Indian Labour Legislations.

13.    State the method of arbitral proceedings and the governing law.

14.    Explain the duties and liabilities of a registered trade union.

15.    Critically examine the evolution of labour policy of Government of India as emerged through five year plan policies.
