3. explain salient features and use of classification of costs into fixed and variable.
4. .Financial Decision making encompasses Finance, Investment and Dividend Decisions. Elucidate.

5. .Working capital consists of Current Assets and Current Liabilities. discuss. Also draw working capital cycle.

13. The cash book of a trades showed a balance of Rs.32,400 on 31-3-2006. It did not
tally with the pass book balance. From the subsequent particulars prepare a Bank Reconciliation statement.

(a) 2 cheques of Rs.6,100 and 1,600 were deposited for collection before 31st March.
But only a cheque of Rs.1,600 was collected.
(b) Bank charges of Rs.450 were debited to passbook only.
(c) Cheques amounted to Rs.8,000 were issued but not presented for payment.
(d) A dividend of Rs.1,250 was collected by the banker appeared in passbook only.
