2. discuss the constitutional philosophy relating to Human Rights as contained in the preamble.

3. explain the nature of Human Rights contained in the Directive principles of State Policy. provide your opinion on their importance and justifiability.

4. Write a critical note on the role of Judicial Activism in development of human Rights Jurisprudence in India.

5. Analyse the expanding horizons of the right to life and personal liberty. Comment on the effectiveness of newly recognized rights under Article 21 of the constitution.

6. Critically examine the powers and functions of the National Human Rights commission with the help of its working till now.

7. Public Interest Litigation has been defined as a strategic arm of the legal aid movement in India. discuss to what extent did the PIL help in protection of human rights in India.

8. explain the relationship ranging from International Human Rights Covenants and the Indian legal regime relating to Human Rights. Comment on latest judicial patterns.

9. discuss the role of N.G.O.s in safeguarding the Human Rights in India, in the light of past experiences.

10. Write short notes on any 2 of the subsequent :
