1. “Industrial Discipline is SINE QUA NON of National Development” - Do you agree?

2. discuss the philosophy behind the necessity of certification of standing orders and examine how far those values are fulfilled by the Industrial Employment Standing Orders Act, 1946?

3. How to replace the certified standing orders?

4. Critically examine the restrictions placed on the power of an employer to change the conditions of service of workman with respect to a matter referred for settlement or adjudication.

5. (a) Should a suspended workman be paid wages? If Yes, what principles govern it? (b) How to serve a charge sheet to an employee who refuses to accept the charge sheet?

6. elaborate the different steps in a domestic enquiry? When will a domestic enquiry be considered fair and just.?

7. Examine the constitutional safeguards given to civil servants referring to leading cases.
