5) discuss the modern theory of wages. Can you define the most satisfactory theory of wages determination?

6) Differentiate ranging from 'financial' and 'non-financial' incentives. explain their relative importance.

7) discuss the importance of social security in India and explain the efforts made by government.

8) What is meant by 'Fringe Benefits'? Indicate their different forms. What precautions would you take while administering them?

9) provide the main provision of the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965. How far is this Act satisfactory in the current economic situation of the industry?
