SECTION - A

All questions are compulsory. Answer to each question upto 5 lines in length. Each question carries 2 Marks.                                                                       [20]  

1.       Cough as a symptom of Cardio-Pulmonary Disease.

2.       Volume curves in normal/obstructive and Restrictive Lung Disease.

3.       Diagram for Cardiac Auscultation.    

4.       Postural Drainage positions for Rt.  middle lobe.

5.       Clinical criteria on classification for O.A.

6.       Phalen’s Test.

7.       Neurogenic Claudication.

8.       Traction in C5, C6 PIVD.

9.       Knee Mobilisation in O.A.

10.     Oedema in Congestive Heart Failure.

1.       A 36 year old female, aerobic instructor complains of pain to proximal plantar surface of her foot.  Pain occurs at the end of dance routines and especially next morning after she gets out of bed.  Discuss with P.T. Management.

2.       Describe the pathophysiology of Pleural Effusion with clinical presentation and P.T. Management.

3.       Describe pathomechanics Assessment and P.T. Management of Ankylosing Spondylosis.

4.       Describe the clinical presentation, pathomechanics and P.T. Management of Subacromial Bursitis.
