(a) Management of pathological fracture.
(b) Postoperative management of Achilles tendon repair.
(c) Septic arthritis.
(d) Carpel tunnel syndrome.

2. Answer the following question upto 3 pages in length which is Compulsory. [10]
Write down the indications and principle of total knee arthroplasty. Write down its contraindications and complications.
