1.       Write in detail the clinical picture, assessment and management of a 5 year old child with ataxic CP.

2.       Define stroke.  What are the causes of stroke in elderly ?  Discuss in detail the management of stroke in geriatric population.

3.       Describe the effects of hypertension on various systems in old age. Discuss the prevention and management of hypertension.

4.       Enumerate various congenital heart diseases. Discuss about Congenital heart diseases with     left - to - right shunt. Management of a child with congenital heart disease.
