All questions are compulsory. Answer to each question upto 5 lines in length. Each question carries 2 Marks.                                                                       [20]

4.       Bohler Braun (B.B.) splint.

5.       Pivot Shift Test.

6.       Sequestrum.

7.       Bed Sore.

8.       Radial Nerve Palsy.

9.       SYME’s Amputation.

10.     Foot Drop Splint.

SECTION – B

Attempt any 8 questions. Answer to each question upto 2 pages in length. Each questions carries 5 Marks.                                                                                  [40]

1.       Colle’s fracture.

2.       Rickets.

3.       Giant Cell Tumor (GCT) of Proximal Tibia.

4.       Crutch Palsy.

5.       Golfer’s Elbow.

6.       Triple arthrodesis of foot.

7.       Cogenital Dislocation of Hip (CDH).

8.       Osgood Schlatter’s disease.

9.       Causes of recurrent dislocation of patella and management.

10.     Sciatic nerve injury causes and management.

11.     Ankylosing Spondylitis clinical features and briefly describe the management.

12.     Sudeck’s Atrophy.

SECTION – C

Attempt any 2 questions. Answer to each question upto 5 pages in length. Each questions carries 15 Marks.                                                                                [30]

1.       Classify fracture neck of femur.  Management of fracture neck of femur in 60 years old patient.

2.       Tuberculosis of cervical spine.  Management of patient with Quadriplegia.

3.       Clinical criteria for diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis.  Management of 30 year old female with flexion and valgus deformity of Knee.

4.       Indication for Knee disarticulation in children.  Post Operative and Prosthetic Management of children with Knee disarticulation.
