SECTION - A [40 Marks]
1. Answer the following Short Notes upto 5 lines in length. [5x3=15]
(a) Slings used in Suspension Therapy (b) 1 RM
(c) Half Kneel Position (d) Percussion manipulation
(e) Ranges of Muscle work
2. Answer the following question upto 3 pages in length. [10]
What is Resisted Movement ? Write about various methods used in Exercise Therapy for providing Resistance.
3. Attempt any ONE question out of the following two questions and Answer should be upto 5 pages in length. [15]
(a) What are Fundamental and Derived Positions ? Write in detail about Fundamental Standing Position and any 2 Derived Positions from Standing in terms of Muscles working, types of contraction of the involved Muscles. OR
(b) Define Motor Learning. Write about classification of Motor Skills and measurements techniques/methods used for measuring Motor performance.
