Q1. Make neat sketches to show the basic metric thread form for a bolt indicating the pitch depth and thread angle.
Q2. Draw by a conventional method a right handed and left handed square thred. Take outside diameter = 64mm, thread lenght = 72mm and pitch = 12.
Q3. Make a free hand sketch of a 25mm diameter standard hexagonal headed bolt with nut and washer. The lingth of the bolt is 150mm.
Q4. Sketch free hand 3 kinds of rivet heads and provide their proportion. Take diameter of rivets as 25mm
