Q1) Draft a plaint on behalf of a landlord to recover possession from a tenant on

grounds provided under the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999. [16]

Q2) Draft a written statement to a suit filed by Bank of Maharashtra for recovery

of loan money.                                                                                                          [16]

Q3) Draft a petition for divorce by mutual consent under the Hindu Marriage Act,

1955.                                                                                                                          [16]

Q4) Draft a Writ Petition before the Hon’ble High Court under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India for issuing of writ of ‘Habeas Corpus’.            [16]

Q5) Draft a Private criminal complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable

Instrument Act, 1881.                                                                                        [16]

Q6) Draft an application for maintenance under Section 125 of the code of Criminal

Procedure on behalf of a wife.

Q7) Draft a criminal complaint for the offence of cheating.

Q8) Draft a Gift Deed of house property.

Q9) Draft Partnership Deed.

under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
