a)  J.S.Mill as a liberal philosopher.

b)  G.K.Gokhale.

c )  St.Augustine’s ‘City of God’.

d)  India with Military Rule - Comment.

political and legal reforms in India.

Q4) Discuss Fabian Socialism and Syndicalism as schools of Democratic

Socialism. Is India a democratic - Socialistic state? Comment.

Q5) Lenin was adopter and adapter of Marxism in Soviet Union. Discuss.
