7. Explain the role of Medical witness and importance of medical evidence in criminal cases.

8. Discuss the provisions regarding ‘character’ under the Indian Evidence Act, 1872.

9. Write notes on any two :

a) Medico-legal aspects of Post-mortem

b) Identification of Fire Arms.
