4. Examine the importance of Case History in Criminal Trial.

5. Critically examine the Right to Privacy of Patient and Restrictions on it with reference to Article 21 of the Constitution.

6. Examine the importance of Hospital Management and discuss the vicarious liability of the hospital for the acts and omissions of its staff.

7. Discuss the following :

b) Defenses available to a doctor in case of medical negligence.

8. Write short notes on the following :

a) Duties of doctor towards patients

b) Powers and functions of Medical Council of India.
