1 (a) Explain following : (any three) 6
Plannimeter, plane surveying, traverse, Elidade, levelling.
(b) Explain process of chaining. 5

(a) Tabulate and calculate RL of all the stations if following readings are taken with a 3m levelling stafl. Instrument is shifted after every 2nd reading. Benchmark was taken on a 1st station having 100 m RL.

(b) Following readings are taken with a prismatic compass. Check if there is any local attraction and correct the bearings accordingly.
