SECTION-A
1. Define ante-partum haemorrhage. Enumerate the causes of ante-partum haemorrhage. How will you manage a case of placenta pyaevia at term ?
2. Write short notes on:-
(i) Caput succedaneum
(ii) Puerperal pyrexia
(iii) Causes of obstructed labour
(iv) Hyperemesis gravidarum.
3. Describe in brief:
(i) Placenta at term
(ii) Threatened abortion
(iii) Unstable tie.
SECTION-B
1. Define twin pregnancy. Give its etiology and genesis in brief. How will you diagnose and manage a case of twin pregnancy ?
2. Write short notes on:-
(i) Apgar score
(ii) Retained placenta
(iii) Uterine stimulants in labour
(iv) Steroidal contraception.
3. Write short notes on :-
(a) Physiology of lactation
(b) Physiological anaemia in pregnancy
(c) Intra uterine foetal death.
