10. What is a bonus share? What are the duties of secretary regarding issue of bonus shares?
11. Draft a notice for calling an AGM.
12. What do you mean by resolution? Explain the provisions relating to resolution by postal ballot.
13. Explain the duties of a company secretary regarding removal of directors of a company.
14. Explain the circumstances under which the company will be wound up compulsorily.
15. Explain the duties of secretary regarding creditors’ voluntary winding up.
