SECTION-A (Marks: 20)
1. Discuss the diagnosis and management of intra-uterine growth retardation.
2. Write short notes on the following:-
 (i) Bishop's Score
 (ii) Fetal Macrosomia
 (iii) Breast feeding policies in sero positive (HIV) women.
3. Write short notes on following:-
 (i) Cephal Haematoma
 (ii) Physiology of lactation
 (iii) Fetal Circulation
 (iv) Red degeneration of fibroid.

SECTION-B (Marks: 20)
4. Enumerate causes of convulsions during pregnancy and labour. Discuss management of intrapartum eclampsia.
5. Write short answers (not more than 10 lines each):-
 (i) Cervical Incompetence
 (ii) Third Degree Perineal Tear
 (iii) Causes and Management of Birth Asphyxia.
6. Write short notes on following:-
 (i) Neonatal Jaundice
 (ii) Medico legal implications of failed sterilization
 (iii) Pain relief in labour
 (iv) Problem of teenage pregnancy.
