‘In 1 of the branches of an organization with 200 staff, ( all white collared ) Who cannot be considered as very docile type, where outcomes were not up to the mark, by
changing the seating pattern, increasing lighting facilities and by providing cooler water facilities ( without demand from staff ) the output increased by 80 percent’.
