3. Briefly explain the principles of planning. What 8+4 is the difference between plans and policies ?
4. Discuss briefly the importance of leadership in an 6+6 organisation. Explain the concept of 'managerial grid' and its purpose.
5. Do you think that external sources of recruitment 6+6 are better than internal sources of recruitment ?
Give your argument and also state the advantages
of internal sources.
6. What are the characteristics of a good control 6+6 system ? "Planning without control is meaningless". Do you agree with the statement?
