Ques one c) elaborate the advantages of TLC over paper chromatography? explain the Pharmacopoeial applications of column chromatography. (05)

Ques two a) define the various theories of chromatography. (06)
Ques two b) discuss clearly and briefly every of the subsequent terms: (05)
i) Standard reduction potential.
ii) Equivalent conductance.
iii) Stripping voltametry.
iv) Anodic polarographic wave.
v) Pulse polarography
