1. (a) elaborate different kinds on integrated circuit capacitances ? Draw the structure of any 2 capacitor and discuss in short. (10)
(b) How do you achieve high value resistors in integrated circuits?
discuss implementation of any 1 kind of integrated circuit
resistance. (10)
2. Implement the circuit show in figure on silicon chip. discuss different steps of its fabrication. (20)

3. (a) elaborate different parasitic capacitors in a MOS transistor? How will you decrease these parasitic capacitors to improve the speed of operation. (10)
(b) Compare a MOS transistor and Bipolar transistor from integrated circuits pointed of view. (10)
