13.    The objects clause of a company provided that the company can take up any engineering work. The company entered into a contract to lay down a 10 K.M. stretch road. Is the contract valid ?

14.    A company consisting of 25 shareholders was registered as Govinda and company. Each shareholder contributed an amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- towards capital. The company suffered a loss of Rs. 5 crores. The State Trading Corporation which gave a loan of Rs. 2 crores wants to proceed against the personal property of one shareholder for realising the 2 crores. Can it do so ?

15.    P, a shareholder in a company gave a letter to the company transferring his shares to R. R submitted the letter along with the share certificate to the company and requested it to register the transfer. Company refused to do so. What can R do ?

16.    The two directors of a company do not see eye to eye, do not talk with, each other and do not agree with the other persons opinions. The shareholder applied for winding up of the company on this ground. Would he succeed ?
