Q-3 what do you mean by the term social-responsibility of business? Contrast classical and socio economic views of social responsibility. Bring out arguments for and against social responsibility of business.

Q-4 briefly describe management functions. What are the skills required for managers? How does the importance of these skills change depending on management levels? Are these skills also important for todays managers decision making? Explain

Q-5 explain meaning and nature of attitude. What are three components of attitudes? Explain how individuals reconcile in-consistencies between attitude and behavior ?

Q-6. What do you mean by group ? distinguish different types of groups and discuss the benefits and disadvantages of group cohesiveness.

Q-7. Explain the concept of organization change. Identify the forces that act as stimulant to organization change. Contrast planned and unplanned change.

Q-8. what is work stress? Identify potential sources of stress and bring out causes and consequences of stress. Discuss individual and organizational approaches to stress management.
