They would be one-fourth as long as those in the original experiments.
Q. 23 Which of the subsequent graphs best represents the relationship ranging from the length of the stick's shadow and the time of day?

Q. 24 When the Sun is at an altitude 45o above the horizon, a vertical object will cast a shadow with a length equal to the object's height. Which of the subsequent days included a measurement taken when the Sun was at an altitude of 45o ?

Day one in Experiment one
Day one in Experiment two
Day two in Experiment one
Day three in Experiment two
Q. 25 Which of the subsequent statements is best supported by the direction of Shadow A on every of the 3 days in Experiment 1?

The direction of sunrise along the horizon varies throughout the year.
Shadows never point due south in the Northern Hemisphere.
Shadows never point due north in the Northern Hemisphere.
The Sun's brightness varies throughout the year.
Q. 26 Based on the shadow directions in these experiments, which of the subsequent best defines the difference ranging from the apparent path of the Sun as seen from the observation points in the Northern and Southern Hemispheres?

The Sun travels a more southerly path in the Southern Hemisphere than in the Northern Hemisphere.
The Sun travels a more northerly path in the Southern Hemisphere than in the Northern Hemisphere.
The Sun rises in the East and sets in the West in the Northern Hemisphere, but the opposite is actual in the Southern Hemisphere.
The Sun rises in the West and sets in the East in the Northern Hemisphere, but the opposite is actual in the Southern Hemisphere.
Passage six

The relationship ranging from pressure and quantity of a gas was learned while the temperature was held constant. A container was filled with helium gas at room temperature and sealed (see figure below). The pressure on the gas could be controlled by varying the force exerted on the plunger, and the quantity could be determined by the height of the plunger.
(Note: presume that the mass of the plunger is insignificant.)

Experiment one
The initial pressure in this experiment was one atmosphere (atm). At that pressure the gas occupied one liter (L). The pressure of the helium was increased very slowly, by decreasing the volume, so that the gas remained at room temperature. The heat generated was released into the surrounding atmosphere. The pressure and the quantity of the helium were recorded in Table
