I. Essay ques. : (2 x 15 = 30)

Briefly indicate the investigations for a child with prolonged fever
more than 2 weeks. explain the specific treatment for 6 year old
child with falciparum malaria.

2. describe failure to thrive in children. List the investigations for a 6
month old baby with failure to thrive. Indicate how to treat a 9
month old baby with failure to thrive due to faulty feeding technique.
