1.a)~a point is 30mm in front of vp 20mm above hp and 25mm in front of right pp draw its projections.
~ A point p is 10mm above hp,60mm behind vp and 50mm in front of right pp draw the projections of point p.
b) draw the projections of a straight line pq 100mm long,inclined at 15deg to hp E and F.The top view of E is 35mm above XY and top view of F is 40mm beneath XY.draw the projections of the 2 points.

2.a)~A point lying 20mm above the xy line represents the front views,of 2 points E and F.The top view or E is 5mm above XY and top view of F is 40mm beneath XY.draw the projections of the 2 points.
~A point touches all the 3 principal planes of projections.Draw its projections
b)The point B of the line AB is on hp and the top view ab of the line makes an angle of 30deg with the line of intersection of vp and hp,ab being 80mm.The point A lies no the vp and 50mm above hp.the top and front views of the line and find the truce length.

3. A hexagonal lamina of 30mm sides rests on hp with 1 of its corners touching vp and its surface is inclined at 45deg the vp.one of the edges is inclined to hp at 300 draw the projections.

4.Draw the top,front and left views of a hexagonal pyramid of sides of base 30mm and height 60mm resting on 1 of its triangular faces on hp and axis parallel to vp.The apex of the pyramid lies on the left side.

5.Draw the top front and left views of a pentagonal prism sides of base 25mm and height 55mm resting on an edge of base on hp such that the axis is inclined at 30deg to hp and parallel to vp.

6.Draw the development of the truncated portion of the lateral faces of a pentagonal prism 20mm side of base at 150mm high standing vertically with 1 of its rectangular faces parallel to vp and nearer to it so as to produce a 1 piece development.The inclined face of the truncated E prism is 30deg to its,axis and passes through the right extreme corners of the top face of the prism.

7.A cylinder of 20mm diameter and height 25mm is placed vertically at the centre of the rectangular face of hexagonal prism of 25mm sides and axis 60mm.Draw the isometric projection of the combination of solids.

8.A sphere of diameter 40mm rests centrally on the top smaller end of a frustrum of a hexagonal pyramid.The frushtrum of the pyramid has 25mm sides at the top 40mm sides of the base and is 80mm high.Draw the isonietr projection of the combination of the solids.
