I. ANSWER ANY TWO QUESTIONS OF THE FOLLOWING: (10X2 = 20)
1. Explain the factors which contributed to the viable Indian economic system during the recession period? Identify the steps to be taken to boost the economy and put India on the International Business arena?
2. Equitable growth and inclusiveness is the need of the hour. Explain with relevant examples and also suggest the road map for the same?
3. Mushrooming growth of B-Schools has led to a dilution of standards in Management Education in India. Do you agree with this opinion? Suggest the ways to enhance the quality of Management Education being imparted in B-Schools in India to make it on par with global standards?
II. ANSWER ANY TWO QUESTIONS OF THE FOLLOWING: (10X2 = 20)
1. Enumerate the different methods of collecting data. Which one is the most suitable for conducting enquiry regarding health care programmes in India? Explain its merits and demerits.
2. What is meant by Representativeness in a sample? Explain in what sense a simple random sample is representative of the population. Also distinguish between simple random sampling and convenience sampling?
3. Selection of a right Sample is the most crucial element of the research. Comment giving the role played by sampling in research and also comment on how one can avoid sampling errors?.
