A 25 year old, married woman, was admitted to the ward with evening rise of low-grade fever, cough, with expectoration. On examination general condition is weak, BP 110/60 mm/Hg, Temperature 100 F. Respiratory system shows bronochophony+, tactile vocal fremitus+. Other systems are normal. X-ray of chest shows cavity on apex of right lung.

1)    What is your likely diagnosis ?

2)    Describe the treatment schedule used for this condition.

3)    In order to avoid pregnancy, patient takes oral contraceptive pills. After 3 months, she comes with amenorrhea. Explain and advice.
