PART - A    (5x3=15 Marks)

Write short notes on any five questions. Each question carries three marks.

1.    What is a software process ?

2.    Differentiate requirement definition and requirements specifications.

3.    How will a feasibility study help in requirements analysis ?

4.    List the non functional requirements of a software project.

5.    What is evolutionary prototyping ?

6.    How will a configuration manager help in a software process ?

7.    Differentiate checklist and check point.

8.    Can an evolutionary development approach be used in large scale projects ? Justify.

PART - B    (3x10=30 Marks)

Answer any three questions elaborately. Each question carries ten marks.

9.    Explain with a suitable example the structure of a requirements document.

10. Who are the team members to be involved in a requirements review ? Draw a process model showing how review must be organized.

11.    How will story boarding and role playing help in understanding users needs ? What are classes of applications ? Where they can be applied ?

12.    Discuss the role of technology in specifying user requirements.

13.    Explain the quality measures that are desirable in software project management with an appropriate example.
