2. Point out the major characteristics of a good test.
3. explain the factors that influence the validity of the test scores.
4. provide an overview of the applications of psychological test.
5. Write short notes on:
(a) Homogeneity of test and its relation to reliability
(b) Construct validity

6. discuss the nature and characteristics of measurement in Psychology. Distinguish ranging from ordinal
and interval scales of measurement.
7. explain the ethical and social problems in psychological testing.
8. explain projective technique as a tool of psychological research. Assess its effectiveness.

9. explain the application of psychological tests and counseling from HR perspective.
10. In which area would you like to construct a psychological test and why? discuss with examples
the steps involved in test construction.
