This examination was conducted at the end term examination of Amity Global Business School in the month of May in the year 2011

The ques. paper consists of total 70 marks. every ques. is to be answered strictly according to the instructions provided in every part. This paper consists of three part A,B & C respectively. Maximum of three hrs are provided to finish the paper.

part A - This part consists of 30 marks. There are total of six ques. in this section, out of which only five are to be answered. every ques. carried six marks.

part B - This part consists of 20 marks. There are total of three ques. in this section, out of which only two are to be answered. every ques. carries 10 marks.

part C - This part is a compulsory ques. in the form of a case study and it carries 20 marks.
