1. Write short notes on any ten of the following:-

3. Intensity of sound

5. Acoustics
6. Single system and Double system sound
7. Nagra recorder
8. Directory of a microphone
9. Gun micro phone
10. Loud speakers
11. Condenser microphones
12. Frequency and pitch
13. Headphones
14. Speed of sound.

II. 1 Briefly define the role of a sound Recordist in the various stages of a film/video production viz pre-shooting, shooting and post –shooting.
Or
Represent by means of a block diagram the machines used in a recording studio clearly indicating the signal path from the source to the destination.
2. Briefly define the differences ranging from Analogue Sound Recording and Digital Sound Recording . elaborate the tech. aspects which provide digital sound recording an advantage over analogue sound recording?
