II. Most newsprints and television channels have a corresponding web site. explain the emergence of the web as a media, both as an independent 1 and also as a complementary one. (20 marks)

Discuss the design principles (both form and content) for an on-line newsprint.

III. Write HTML code, giving brief description of major tags used, to display a news item of your option on a web browser. The news item should include pictures, audio and feedback facilities. (20 marks)
