II. Most newspapers and television channels have a corresponding web site. Discuss the emergence of the web as a media, both as an independent one and also as a complementary one.

Discuss the design principles (both form and content) for an on-line newspaper. (20 marks)

III. Write HTML code, giving brief description of major tags used, to display a news item of your choice on a web browser. The news item should include pictures, audio and feedback facilities.
