1. Explain the concept of Monad and show whether it furnished a right solution to the problems raised by the dualism of Descartes and the monism of Spinoza.
2. Discuss the different kinds of Menads and explain their distinguishing characteristics.
3. Explain the doctrine of Pre-established harmony.

11. State the arguments for the existence of God according to Leibnitz.
12. Distinguish between the concepts of desire and will in the philosophy of Leibnitz.
13. Discuss Leibnitzs solution to the problems of evil.
14. Can we regard Monadology as a form of pluralistic metaphysical idealism? Discuss.
15. Bring about the difference between apperception and appetition.
16. Give a brief account of the concept of consciousness in the Monodology of Leibnitz.
