9. Distinguish ranging from public and private company. discuss the circumstances when a private company is treated as public company.
10. describe Articles of Association and provide contents thereof. Is it necessary for every company to have articles of association of its own?
11. What is share? explain various methods of issuing shares.
12. elaborate the objects of holding Annual General Meeting? elaborate the consequences if a company does not hold such a meeting?
13. What do you mean by winding-up of a company? define briefly the different modes of winding-up of a company.
