3. a) discuss DFD and mention its features.
b) define the various phases of waterfall model [Marks 7.5+7.5=15]

4. Draw the top level, 1st level and 2nd level of DFD for the followings.
ABCD Travel Corporation is planning to automate its vehicle management system. Currently it
operates in four routes with eight various buses.
After automation, the manager should be able to do the subsequent in the application :
a) Add as many number of buses along with routes, seating capacity and ticket price.
b) Updating the route details of a bus.
c) View all buses with details e.g. routes, seating capacity and ticket price.
d) View the passangers for a provided bus number.
