Unit -1
1 a) what is frame buffer?Calculate size of frame buffer for a display device(CRT) supporting actual colors and has 1024 * 1024 pixels on the screen, if size of screen is 9"*12", compute resolution and aspect ratio also. (marks 10)
b) discuss how colors are generated on the screen (mark 6)

a) a TV screen has 525 scan lines and an aspect ratio of 3:4. if every pixel contains 12 bits words of intensity information, how many bits per 2nd are needed to 30 frames every second. [marks 10]
