Q3. (a) What do you understand by performance tuning of a database system? discuss.
(b) What is the database security? explain various ways to achieve database security.

Q4. Differentiate ranging from the following:
(i) DML and DDL
(ii) Specialization and generalization
(iii) Inner join and outer join

Q5. Consider the subsequent database :
EMP (Empno#, Empname, Manager, Dno, Salary, Age)
DEPT (DNo, Dname, Floor)
Write the subsequent queries in SQL

(ii) print or list the name and avg. salary of every department
