Part-'A'
Note: Attempt all ques.. ans in not more than 100 words. every ques. carries five marks.

1. Suggest an outline of Production Organization for a big manufacturing company.
2. Briefly outline the objectives and utility of statistical Quality Control.
3. define the advantages and disadvantages of centralized purchasing of materials.
4. Examine the role of fringe benefits in a sound wage policy.
5. Distinguish ranging from job valuation merit rating.
6. Elicit the causes of industrial disputes in modern organizations.
7. Examine the difficulties in export marketing.
8. Discus the factors affecting the option of Distribution Channels.

Part-'B'
Note: Maximum 600 words. every ques. carries 20 marks.

9. Examine the meaning and significance of Product Development. What steps should be taken for systematic development of of a new product.
10. elaborate the various techniques that may be adopted for controlling inventories? Suggest the most suitable technique for controlling the inventories of a large manufacturing concern.

Note: Maximum 600 words. every ques. carries 20 marks.

11. elaborate the main difficulties regarding Worker's Participation in Management? Suggest suitable measures for effective implementation of this scheme.
12. Why should management be concerned with all the dissatisfaction growing out of company environment? explain the basic steps of a well planned grievance redress procedure.

13. define the different media of advertising and explain their merits and demerits.
