PART - A

1.    Explain the procedure for preparation of sand mould.

2.    Explain the types of furnaces.

3.    How Split pattern is prepared ?

4.    Explain the working arc welding.

5.    Explain the procedure to make round rod to hexagonal rod.

PART - B

6 a) Explain the procedure for preparation of stepped pulley in foundry. OR

k) Explain the procedure for making Butt joint in arc welding.
