3. Write etiology, pathogenesis, pathological changes, complications and investigations of Typhoid, add note on preventive measures and miasmatic evolution. 15 marks

4. What is gangrene? Write etiology, pathology of various kinds of gangrene, and discuss the miasmatic evolution. 20 marks
5. Write the etiology, epidemiology, pathogenesis, mode of transmission clinical features and investigations of cholera with a note on miasmatic interpretation, role of prophylaxis in a cholera epidemic. 15 marks
6. What is prophylaxis? List the different methods of prophylaxis and discuss prophylaxis by allopathic and homoeopathic methods. 15 marks.
