1 Explain the CE configuration of a BJT with its input and output characteristics.
2 Write notes on LED, with its applications.
3 Define semiconductors. Explain intrinsic and extrinsic semiconductors with examples,
4r Define the JFET parameters and give the relation between them.
5 What is enhancement MOSFET ? Draw and explain the drain and transfer characteristics of enhancement MOSFET.
