a. What are advantages of IGBT over power BJT and Power MOSFET. define with figure, the principle of operation of IGBT.
b. Draw circuit diagram of the MC- Murray Bed Ford inverter and define its working.

a. Describe the operation of chopper for forward motoring and regenerative application with circuit digram.

b. Draw AC flasher circuit and snubber circuit for SCR.
c. Draw and define operation of Jone’s chopper with suitable waveforms.
