SECTION A

 

Q-1. The Escorts Groups wants to analyze the net benefits associated with a current project, in terms of social cost benefit analysis by using shadow pricing. What is shadow pricing? Discuss the important issues related to the shadow pricing of inputs and outputs of a project. (20)
