Before answering the question, candidate should ensure that they have been supplied the correct and complete question paper. No complaint in this regard, will be entertained after examination.

 


Note: Attempt five questions in all. All questions carry equal marks. Select two questions from Section A and two questions from Section B. Question no. 8 (Section C) is compulsory.

Q-4. Define in detail essentials in system testing at different levels? [20]

Q-7. Explain the role of system maintenance and its benefits in organization? [20]

Hindustan Motors, Indian with a network of 150 dealers, did not know much about its customers. Dealers provided customers data to the company on an adhoc basis. The company did not force dealers to report this information, and its process for tracking the dealers that failed to report was cumbersome. There was no real incentive for dealers to share information with the company. Since it is known fact that gathering and documenting the required information is a tedious task, identifying the right channel and streamlining the collected data to generate suitable report and ease in taking decision is required.

Once the data has been collected understanding how the data would be benefiting other department could take advantage of it. The company also needs to look on how to streamline the data in such a way so that organization as a whole will take benefit of resynchronizing the customer detail and bringing overall benefit to organization.

(i) How could CRM or partner relationship management (PRM) to help to solve this problem?

(ii) How as a manager do you feel this would benefit the company? [20]
