(e) Fluoxetine in depression.

Discuss the detail pharmacology of the following : (any two) 10

5 Enumerate and discuss the side effect profile of 10 any two of the following :

(iv) Non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
6 Explain drug interactions at metabolic level with at 10 least five examples with their respective mechanism of actions and the final outcome of the reactions.
