(a) Explain requirements of different purpose of room for residential building and their grouping.
(b) Define aspect of a building and list out all aspects of building units.
(a) Prepare ground floor plan and first floor plan for a Row House of plot size 14m x 12m. Permissible F.S.I. is 1.2. Also prepare elevation for the same.

(b) Assume suitable section line in the plan of Row House and draw section, with all details.
3 It is proposed to construct a hostel building to 15
accommodate 150 students of Engineering college in college campus.
The students have three bedded room.
Plan the hostel as per norms stipulated by National Building Code also draw elevation for the same.

3 A commercial bank proposed to built its branch office in a village. The branch have following accommodations.
